WIP Project (Nov.20, 2005) : It is the third time since the survey was launched in 2000. The releases of the latest resultes took place in NY and Washington D.C. recently. Now the report of 2005 is also available online. The follow-ups research is supposed to continue in the future as long as funding is available.
